This TBO Specialist is focused on Service Transition which ensures that the projects are going live to production

What will your job look like?

1. Project Management : Assess / Approve / Reject project compliance endorsements

2. Governs status and callouts of upcoming projects.

3. Establish Service Transition process flows and ensure its proper execution.

4. Endorses / Recommends project completion status to IS.

5. Presents to vendor meetings Service Transition status and challenges.

6. Assesses weekly and monthly reports.

7. Validates resources availability and attrition plan.

8. Conducts weekly checkpoint on agreed metrics and SLAs.

9. Attends alignment sessions with client

10. Manages the customers and vendors

All you need is...

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Must have Project Management Experience and Customer Facing background
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a team or project resources
  • Preferably with Vendor Management Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Understands Service Transition process gates, end-to-end flow, and continuous improvement
  • Familiar with other ITIL functions (Incident Mgt, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Desk, etc.) and can easily identify the touchpoints with the Service Transition Process
  • Had considerable length of practical experience in Transitioning large IT projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile process in the context of Service transition
  • Understands Agile concepts like (sprint, user stories, sprint deployment, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AWS entities from the ST perspective
